Find an app in your library
Home lists your installed apps. Use search to find an app by name, or change between Cards, Compact, and List views. Open an app in Use for its normal interface or Tweak to change it.
Switch between workspaces
The desktop sidebar gives access to open apps, Home, and Settings. Switching apps returns you to that app's workspace. The app's own navigation controls remain inside its interface.
Use app names and the workspace title to check where you are before uploading a file or asking for a change.
Use the app's interface
Each app defines its own forms, records, controls, and outputs. Some include a conversation area; others use AI behind a button or have no AI feature. An app's saved business data is distinct from the conversation used to build it.
Manage an app
Use the app's management controls for its name, icon, and runtime state. Restart an app when you need to reload its backend. Save work and check for active tasks before stopping or restarting it.
Closing a workspace and deleting an app are different actions. Read the action label and confirmation before changing stored data.
Archive or delete
Archive an app when you want to keep it but remove it from your active collection. Use the archived-app view to find it again. Deletion is a separate operation: check the confirmation for the files and app data being removed, and keep a backup if you need them.
Adjust appearance
Open Settings → Appearance to choose System, Light, or Dark and adjust interface text size. An app can have its own appearance controls; platform preferences do not replace every app's design.
Available shortcuts are shown in menus and control tooltips. In the desktop shell, numbered app shortcuts switch workspaces. Use the displayed shortcuts for your operating system.
