What you can do
- Ask Steve to search for jobs from company career pages and public job boards
- Get match scores and skill gaps for saved roles
- Draft, save, and export tailored resumes and cover letters as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX
- Track applications by status (applied, interview, offer, etc.) and manage a weekly job-search plan
- Save jobs, resumes, and notes locally so Steve can recall them later
AI and local access
Steve uses the AI providers and keys you configure in AppJuice. When allowed, it can search the web for current openings, turn images or PDFs into text, create downloadable images, music, or video, convert speech to text, and read replies aloud.
Your profile, resumes, saved jobs, and application tracker are stored locally on your device. AppJuice will ask before accessing sensitive local files or running tasks.
Safety and privacy
- No login required for job sites; Steve cannot act on your behalf or sign into accounts
- The assistant only uses your real experience and asks before guessing details
- You can clear Steve's memory at any time
- The job search feature may install and run a third-party job collector from a changing online source, so the code it runs can change without notice
Good to know
- Works on desktop AppJuice
- The interface can switch between English and Chinese
- PDF rendering and document export may need optional local document tools; the app will tell you if something is missing
